We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• ZenDrop products: Delivery time is usually 7–20 business days, depending on destination. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.
• Handmade products (Wave & Hang originals): Processing may take 3–7 business days. Delivery time within Puerto Rico and the U.S. is usually 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs: Free shipping is offered on most orders. If a shipping fee applies, it will be shown at checkout.
• Delays: Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or external factors outside our control.
